 From Samm: "My wife is a fab'rik shopper and volunteer with Free Fab'rik, I am a great appreciator and beneficiary of fab'rik's adult beverage policy... as well as their coming to my rescue in my ineptness at finding gifts for my wife. We traveled with Dana and Angelo to Haiti two years ago and have been friends ever sense. I am looking forward to experiencing the culture of Kenya, becoming acquainted with the people and serving them in any way I can. "Africa has been on my "bucket" list for a long time.   I've always been fascinated with economic development in other countries, specifically as it relates to women.  I was very excited to hear we will be working at the knitting facility in Kenya which is a micro enterprise project for women in the area.  I can't wait to spend time with these women and be part of the construction team to improve their facility which leads to a better opportunity for them and the future of the village."
