Instagram: Halloween Costume Contest WINNERS

Yesterday we asked our addicts to submit photos on Instagram from their Halloween night!

We sorted through all of the submissions, divided them up by city, & chose winners! We had some amazing costumes to choose from that in some cases we had to flip a coin!!
